Ordering
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order can be shipped to an address of your choice (home, work, etc.). It's also possible to have your order delivered to a DHL or PostNL pick-up point. You can choose this option during the ordering process.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is €4.95. For orders over €40, shipping is free within the Netherlands. For orders to Belgium, shipping is free for orders over €50; for orders below that, the shipping cost is €6.95.
Delivery Time
Once we have received your order, it will be prepared by our warehouse. For all our orders: if ordered on a business day before 22:00, it will be shipped the same day with the courier service.
All orders from the Netherlands placed on a business day before 22:00 hours will be delivered the next day, depending on DHL/PostNL. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders to Belgium are delivered within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link to track your package. Haven't received an email? In that case, please contact customer service.
If your order is not traceable, please wait for one business day. In 99% of cases, your order should be traceable by then.
